The objective of the National Player Pathway Program is to develop a clear and attractive pathway that ensures all players are given the opportunity to reach their full potential.

“This initiative affects all levels and all formats of cricket and will equip coaches, managers and administrators with the tools they need to ensure the ongoing success of their club or association,” Cricket Victoria regional cricket manager Ben DeAraugo said.
Some of the topics that will be covered include junior and talent pathways and what it means for clubs and associations, formats, policies and guidelines, coach development resources, facility specifications and funding opportunities.
