Opening the batting, Keighran top scored for the Australians in their first Twenty20 match against Pakistan.
The 16-year-old compiled 43 off 41 balls, sharing in a 54-run opening stand with Mackenzie Harvey (22).
It was largely downhill for the Australians after Keighran's dismissal, with the tourists being dismissed for 126 in the 18th over, in reply to Pakistan's 8-155.
Keighran has top-scored in all three of the Australian's games on tour, including scores of 35 and 43 in last week's one day games.
The game was the first in a series of three Twenty20 games between the two nations.
