A WOMAN has been taken to hospital in a stable condition after a crash in Kennington.

POLICE will review the licence of a driver who crashed into a BWS bottle shop in Kennington this afternoon.
They believe a woman aged in her 80s accidentally pushed the accelerator instead of the brake today.
She is still being assessed by paramedics.
The store will remain closed until the window can be repaired.

Earlier
A car has crashed into a bottle shop in Condon Street, Kennington.
Firefighters have been been called to the incident, which happened shortly before 3pm this afternoon.
An older woman has just been helped to exit the car and is talking to paramedics.
The white Suzuki hatchback's front end is badly damaged, as is the shop's front window.
The incident took place in a car park.
Two CFA crews and police are also on scene.
