And on Wednesday, the "sit down boofhead" meme returned when Labor leader Anthony Albanese told Defence Minister Peter Dutton to take a seat while he was speaking.
Mr Albanese previously told Mr Dutton to "sit down boofhead" during Question Time on November 30, 2021. It sparked memes galore and a similar range of printed T-shirts and mugs.
For those unsure, "boofhead" is an Australian slang term for someone who is a fool or stupid.
Wednesday's confrontation began when Prime Minister Scott Morrison quoted Mr Albanese from an article in The Australian.

Mr Albanese explained the quote and said Mr Morrison was "attempting to mislead" when Mr Dutton inexplicably stood up and walked around while he was speaking.
"Hang on," the Labor Leader said while motioning with his hand for Mr Dutton to "get down".
Speaker of the House Andrew Wallace then told Mr Dutton to sit down, which he did.
A clip of the exchange was uploaded to Twitter, prompting the hashtag #SitDownBoofhead to trend in Australia once again.
Where 'boofhead' began
The "sit down boofhead" meme began when the PM accused the Labor Party of forming an alliance with the Greens during Question Time on November 30, 2021.
Mr Albanese stood up to respond on a point of order when Mr Dutton also stood up despite not being given standing orders by Mr Wallace.
"Well, hang on! Sit down, sit down," Mr Albanese said.
"Sit down," Mr Dutton replied.
"You sit down boofhead. You sit down. I've got the call, sit down," the Labor Leader fired back.
Mr Wallace instructed Mr Dutton to resume his seat, which he did.
The exchange sparked a number of memes such as Mr Dutton's face on a billboard with the phrase "sit down boofhead" or cartoons of Mr Albanese using the phrase.
Many of the memes resurfaced on Wednesday due to the déjà vu-inducing exchange in parliament.
